Hoping to represent the real estate profession in the right way, the partners focus not only on outcomes, but the overall client experience and assisting people in the milestones of their lives through home ownership. Eager to introduce their team distinctly from the “typical realtor”, they commissioned us to develop a brand in line with their values and style. We performed extensive research on competitors and the real estate market in the Lower Mainland, developing a brand concept which would set the company apart and represent their unique propositions of trust, experience and creativity.
We developed a simple and elegant word mark appropriate for the sophisticated yet warm personas of the partners and enabling them to stand out amongst other firms in the competitive real estate landscape with cluttered, outdated identities.
Our social media management has grown the brand’s Instagram account from 150 to over 5000 followers in 18 months.
